Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

If a package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, we reserve the right to file a claim with the shipping provider before issuing any replacements or refunds.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
